For this post, I wanted to feature a petite outfit that I wouldn't usually have the chance to comfortably wear in the UK, mainly due to the gloomy, cold English weather. As mentioned in a previous post, I'm not the biggest fan of co-ords, which is something I wanted to change! So my current thinking is, there's a whole wide world out there, meaning there must be some nice petite co-ords, which are pretty looking as well as casual.

I was recently shocked when I found this stunning petite co-ord from the Boohoo Petite range. I just love the busy print, which looks kind of exotic! The co-ord set itself is really flattering on - I think this is because of the perfectly proportioned petite fit. I especially love the petite style of the top, with the long sleeves and the heidi bow detail. I'm quite surprised by the fit of the petite shorts, as I honestly thought they'd be ill fitting, showing off half my rear end, which isn't ideal when you're not J.Lo. They sit high and have cute frilling along the hems. The material is good quality and it's extra handy that you could swap the shorts for a pair of jeans, if you didn't want your legs out for a more toned down look and vice versa with the top (so technically, it's almost four outfits in one!). I feel for the Summer, this co-ord is just right. The long sleeves balance having your legs out, so you don't feel too exposed - especially if you're trying to keep it extra casual!

I'm really happy I had the opportunity to photograph this co-ord in Colombia. It was a perfect petite holiday outfit and very comfortable on. On some occasions, I also wore the shorts with different tops and vice versa with the top, which makes the co-ord so versatile!
