So I thought from time to time it would be nice to share my top favourite beauty products of the moment. For the first beauty post, I will be sharing my thoughts on the following five products:

All statements and recommendations are purely my own opinion. I have not been paid to feature or advertise any product, brand or service in this post.

Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery Eye Cream

For me, an eye cream is essential. I suffer from slight dryness and dark under eyes. It’s vital to look after the skin around your eyes, as they show the first signs of aging – e.g. wrinkles! I think it’s important to have a good eye care regime from a young age to keep skin revitalised and slow down the aging process. I use Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery Eye Cream, which I apply 2/3 times a week before going to bed. It leaves the skin around my eyes really soft and smooth, as well as slightly brightening up the area. All this in turn leaves a good base for my concealer to be applied. Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery Eye Cream retails at £24.50.

NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer

I can’t mention enough how incredible this product is!!! If you are like me and have dark under eye problems – this product is for you! I have used a few different concealers over the years, but NARS is by far the best I’ve come across. Everything about it is brilliant – from the coverage to the colour match. The consistency of the concealer is just right and a little product goes a long way, without looking like it’s heavily applied. Even after having it on all day, it doesn’t start to cake, which I know is something all us ladies dread! Unfortunately, I have to mix two different shades together to achieve the right colour match, meaning I have to spend double the amount – but it’s definitely worth it! The NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer retails at £22.

Vaseline Spray Moisturiser

When I first saw this product advertised, I thought this is definitely something I have to try out! Personally, I find moisturising after a shower such a chore and there are days I feel that I could do without it (but that would be wrong!). So when I finally purchased the Vaseline Spray Moisturiser, in cocoa radiant, instantly my life was made easier (hoorah)! I literally quickly spray on the moisturiser and rub it in. Thankfully, my new moisturising routine is now all of TWO minutes! The consistency of the moisturiser is really thin and light, making it easily absorbed by the skin, without leaving it greasy. I now look forward to moisturising - thank you Vaseline for such a convenient product! Vaseline Spray Moisturiser retails from £3-6 (if on promotional offer).

Clinique Chubby Stick

I received my first Clinique Chubby Stick as a lovely gift. I had seen it advertised and was curious to try it out. The product glides on so effortlessly with a pop of colour, yet is so lightweight and moisturising on the lips. The Clinique Chubby Stick comes in a range of colours, of which I have two - 07 Super Strawberry and 07 Broadest Berry. They are great for when you’re on the go and when you need a quick ‘pick me up’. You are able to twist more product from the bottom of the stick (much like a lipstick design). The Clinique Chubby Stick retails from £13.

Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick

I was in one of those ‘random impulsive buy’ moods the day I purchased the Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick. Wow, and what an impressive impulsive buy it was! It’s another simple yet amazing product from Bobbi Brown. This is definitely my go to product when I want to add a shimmery warm glow to my make up. What I love about the Shimmer Brick (which is in Bronze) is that you can build up the intensity of it – making it great for a day or night look. I think it’s a great addition for any holiday makeup bag. The Bronze shades also look great on all skin tones. The Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick retails from £33.
