50 SHADES OF PINK / FENN WRIGHT MANSON

In addition to the petite jumpsuit and crop jacket I was recently gifted by Fenn Wright Manson, I was also able to choose this gorgeous sheer pink Miro Shrug from their Petite range. I love how versatile this shrug is and I adore the coral pink colour and loose sheer fabric. It's a perfect, essential petite piece for Summer and holiday season, when there may be a slight breeze in the air or you simply don't want your arms out etc. For this outfit, I really wanted to play on the colour pink as I love incorporating bright colours into my outfits, plus it's also on trend with interiors, so why not bring it to fashion! I recently bought these crazy fuchsia pink, high-waisted culottes from Zara, which I immediately thought of when I was thinking of how to style the Miro Shrug. It's worth noting that Zara sadly don't offer a petite range, so the culottes actually fit as a full length trouser on me, as opposed to being cropped which I don't mind at all! With the shrug being petite and cropped, it sits at the perfect length when worn with the high-waisted culotte. To contrast the bright shades of pink, I added a halter neck style bikini top, which is a bright royal blue. I love the contrasting hem on the bikini top, which makes it really stand out against the pinks. For the shoes, I decided on a simple metallic gold pair of heels, which look insane against the pink and blue fabrics. I even painted my toes a lovely shade of pink, just to add to the overall pinkness. Whilst shooting this outfit, sporadic bouts of windy weather worked in my favour, which made for some lovely action shots of the loose fabrics swaying in the wind. I really love this petite outfit and it's really proven that it's not where the clothes are from, but how they're worn and put together - petite or not (as mentioned in my previous Fenn Wright Manson post). What's your favourite pink piece this season?
